What you will be doing: The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) maintains and expands relationships with strategically important large customers (Typically $1 million or more in annual revenue). The SAM represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers; while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers' needs and expectations are met by the company.
Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations. Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis. Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel. Work with appropriate management to determine long term pricing and margins for all future business. Accountable for continuing development of follow-up business from current customers. Continuing education on both a personal and professional level including maintaining current product knowledge of security and control systems being offered by competitors. Ensure that all information/specifications necessary to complete sales proposals are acquired from client. Prepare all security-related proposals. Maintains sound, continuing working relationship with client organizations. Our ideal candidate has: Ten year of business-to-business executive level sales experience. Expertise knowledge of access control and CCTV systems. Knowledge and expertise of computer peripherals including Windows, Excel and MS Office. Bachelor's degree desirable. Ability to multitask. Achievement of sales goals. Development and continued maintenance of strong relationships with accounts. Sound judgment and adherence to policy on expenses. Timely, accurate and efficient handling of paperwork. Ability to solve and address problems. - Professional business image and well-developed presentation skills are a must. Knowledge and ability to perform site surveys and engineering as required. Thorough understanding of the electronic security integration business. We want to step into that gap and give customers a quality choice for a middle-market ($10M-$100M as we define it) security integrator with regional, national, and global expertise.

Additional information: Full-time position Annual Salary: 75-95k plus commission Participation in the technician bonus plan after 90 days. You will be eligible to enroll in the Health Insurance Program (Aetna National via Paychex Oasis) on the 1st of the month following your 30-day probationary period. There is a cafeteria style program with multiple healthcare plan options available. Our client provides $25,000 term life insurance, long-term disability, and short-term disability at no cost to all full-time employees. Our client provides each full-time employee with the option to select the benefit options they desire from healthcare insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, term life insurance, and accident insurance. You will be eligible to participate in the company 401K plan on the first full quarter after 90 days. The match is dollar for dollar up to the first 3% and $.50 on the dollar for the next 2%. You will be eligible to transfer any existing 401K funds into the company plan immediately and then manage the funds yourself. Vacation time is provided for each full-time employee. You are eligible to receive 13 days of PTO annually which will accrue at a rate of 12 hours per month. You will receive seven (7) paid holidays to include: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. A cell phone and company laptop will be provided.
