You have a clear focus on guest experience, product, and visual presentation. You are an effective problem solver and possess a business spirit. You are responsible for building and retaining a high-performing and diverse sales team. Through strategizing, coaching, and accountability, you are accountable for leading and motivating the team to provide an exceptional customer experience and maximize sales. You must understand business drivers, how to maximize profitability, and ensure visual and operational standards are met consistently in the boutique.Boutique Team Leaders are expected to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Leadership Expectations:Drive business results by maximizing daily sales plans, managing expenses, and improving metrics through sales floor leadership, execution of francesca's® training programs, and continuous coaching on and off the sales floorPlan, delegate, and follow up on tasks and assignments to ensure expectations are metProvide consistent developmental feedback that empowers and motivates your teamFoster a team environment using empathetic and engaging communication skillsAct as a liaison between the Boutique Team, Field, and corporate partnersPeople/Talent Requirements:Attract, recruit, and retain team members who are guest focused with the ability to drive salesLead, develop, and coach team members to reach their full potentialPrepare associates for the next level of responsibility by utilizing provided company toolsManage performance fairly/ consistently and ongoingEstablish open, candid, and trusting professional relationships with team membersExhibit a high degree of personal integrity and hire a trusted - reliable teamGuest Experience Needs:Lead by example and deliver our guest engagement expectations to all guestsCreate a competent and confident team to provide unwavering dedication to our guestsReinforce a proactive guest-centric selling culturePrepare the team to balance the guest experience with necessary operational tasksVisual Merchandising Standards:Maintain a visually inspiring boutique that is compelling to guestsDevelop visual decision-making skills utilizing our provided graphic standardsUtilize and deliver our visual brand standards to present our unique product mix offeringDisplay passion about the fashions and trends offered in the boutiqueOperations Knowledge:Administer all company policies and procedures in a fair and consistent mannerSchedule team members to deliver a high level of service and maximize sales potentialProduce schedules timely and with minimum changesPerform and supervise boutique opening and closing proceduresTrain and follow processes for bank deposits and securing the boutiqueUnderstand retail sales and the relationship to inventory levels; communicates needs to your District Team LeaderProtect the physical assets of the boutique by conducting weekly audits and an annual physical inventoryPhysical Requirements:Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbingMust be able to work independentlyMust be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.Competitive Benefits Offered:Paid Time OffPaid Parental LeaveMedical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance401(k)Growth and Advancement OpportunitiesGenerous Associate Merchandise DiscountWe are on a mission to continually source and attract top talent.
