Technica seeks to recruit for the position of Stock Clerk ( AY1) on a Government contract with a place of performance at Fort Bliss, TX. Position Summary: Stock Clerk located at our Fort Bliss Texas Eagle Contract. Administers the stock control plan ensuring continual accountability of government and company property in accordance with applicable government regulations or corporate policy is followed. Orders, receives, stores, maintains and issues supplies and equipment to support the daily Operations. Maintains supply accountability records. Perform serviceability inventories of materials and supplies and arranges disposal when surplus or Obsolete. Perform document
register reconciliations as required. Assist in ensuring contract provisions are met. Maintains files in accordance with Army Records Information Management System (ARIMS). Operates the Logistics Information System (LIS). Perform Care of Supplies in Storage (COSIS). Trains personnel in all Logistics Information System. Performs Location Survey and Inventory Procedures. Conducts the physical counting of inventory items. Researches and resolves inventory and/or system problems. Duties may vary depending on assigned departments. Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent
18 years of age
Valid state driver's license Must be a US Citizen or US permanent resident for more than 3 years to obtain NACI and CAC Card eligibility.
Former U.S. Army MOS 92A or 92Y preferred.
Warehouse experience preferred.
Must be able to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time.
Performs other duties and additional duties as required.
Employee works under the general supervision Warehouse Supervisor, who furnishes work assignments in the form of written work orders or oral instructions relying upon incumbent to perform assignments independently or as member of a team.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Must be computer literate.
Must be able to work in a team environment including working in hot, dusty, windy areas for prolong time periods. Be able to pick up and move items up to 50 lbs. with no restriction.
Be capable of climbing and working in locations at 10 feet above ground limit.
