The Eastern Operating Unit is seeking a Client Engagement Specialist to provide administrative and sales support to assist in managing and overseeing compliance and key performance indicators with key customers in the Southeast operating area.
What you'll do:
The client engagement will be responsible for the following:
Serve as a liaison between the sales leadership team and the customer Interface with external customers to ensure problems are addressed effectively and quickly. Organize solutions for customer issues and escalations. Generate and distribute KPI reports as requested. Other administrative tasks as assigned by the leadership team. You should have:
At least 3 years of administrative skills, direct customer interaction is a plus. Strong relationship-building skills and be able to interact effectively with customers and peer managers in a demanding, results oriented, technical environment. Education / Certifications:
Associates degree preferred.
Travel:
No travel required.
