Job Summary:

Design, plan, and develop web applications.
Research cutting edge technologies and provide proof of concept applications demonstrating usage in the Census environment.
Identify, research, and create standards and standards documentation.
Provide demos and training to EAD staff to facilitate forward progress in the adoption of new technologies and new standards.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience with custom software development experience
5+ years of experience in Laravel
Cloud development experience
Thorough knowledge of the HTTP lifecycle and REST services
Thorough knowledge of enterprise application software development life cycle

Desired Skills:

Vue or Angular UI development experience is a strong plus.
A strong curiosity about our clients' business needs, coupled with a passion to stay on the cutting edge.
Consulting skills including team building, flexibility, and client-facing skills.
Ability to demonstrate skills in analysis, design, implementation, and development process.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
