Responsibilities: The Sr. Manufacturing Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing product management and directly managing manufacturing activities:
Manage production operations to ensure volume, cost, and quality standards are met Direct short, mid and long-term planning, programs and objectives Implement production processes according to technical requirements Define and support priorities within different projects Act as a communication channel to promote safety initiatives Provide leadership and technical knowledge to areas under one's responsibility Other duties as assigned
Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related. 15+ years of Production Management & processes related experience Automotive Sector, OEM, Tier 1 and/or Tier 2 experience
