Together, we're creating a Universe of fun, always ensuring the next thing we do is better than the last thing we did.JOB SUMMARY:Provides advanced administrative and computer support to Director and/or Assistant Director and their departments.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:Generates department correspondence and/or reports. Coordinates with other departments and companies offices the acquisition of information needed for special projects and meetings. Develops material for supervisors' use in responding to requests or requirements.Utilizes appropriate computer programs to analyze, compile, update and maintain department correspondence and/or reports. Disseminates data/information to the appropriate parties. Prepares expense reports. Creates presentations and materials for special projects.Screens/prioritizes/directs incoming calls and mail/correspondence, taking appropriate actions as necessary.Maintains calendars; coordinates meetings; and sets appointments. Makes travel arrangements when necessary.Provides administrative support, direction, guidance, and/or training to department. Serves as a liaison with other departments in acquiring and maintaining technology, supplies, onboarding, work space coordination, sourcing and other logistical needs through standard UO/UPR procedures.Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.Performs other duties as assigned.EDUCATION:High school degree or GED is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred.EXPERIENCE:Three years computer and secretarial experience in a Windows environment required. Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel. Proficiency in MS PowerPoint preferred.
