Responsibilities
• Completing month-end close for assigned facilities• Assisting in the review and reconciliation of month end close• Completing cost reports• Assisting accounting personnel and facility Administrators• Developing and maintaining APC/DOI reports and completing state and federal reports• Performing special projects for Administrators, Regional Financial Directors, and Regional Vice Presidents• Assisting with external audits and audit-related issues• Preparing the annual budget for assigned facilities• Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of required reports and accounting data
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in accounting and 3-5 years experience as a staff accountant• Self starter, team player, strong communication and leadership skills• Relocation required at future date
