What you'll doBecome part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the all-electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:Work closely with the Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO) Manager to continuously evolve and improve the Scout ePMO, through the creation and continuous improvement of Project Management tools, knowledge repositories, approaches and methodologies to support project management stakeholders and teams to improve project performance at ScoutCollaborate closely with the Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO) Manager to drive continuous evolution and enhancement of the Scout ePMOCurate a comprehensive Project Management toolbox, including information resources, best practices and methodologiesProvide administrative and Management support to the Scout ePMO: draft and update project management governance documentation, including our standard operating proceduresProvide consultative advice and support for the development, implementation and evaluation of Scout strategic projects in alignment with project management best practices and the Scout ePMO framework and methodologyActively interact with and support ePMO Project Managers to ensure they are tracking their key initiatives and updating required tracking tools, and required documentation as prescribed by the ePMOAssist in designing and delivering Project Management Training for ePMO members and the Scout organization. Including but not limited to creation of tool guides, templates, and facilitating the sharing of best practices and methodologiesSupport in the design and maintenance of ePMO project tracking tools and dashboard environments for project tracking and reporting initiativesReflect and improve: design surveys, undertake data collection and analyze information to enable the ePMO to identify areas for focus/improvement – work with ePMO Manager on creating plans of actions based on findings Lead the way: as a member of the ePMO, you are empowered to drive innovation and kick-off special initiatives. If you identify unexplored areas that align with Scout strategic goals and add organizational value – you are empowered to propose, engage stakeholders, secure buy-in, and champion impactful projects and special initiativesTogether with the ePMO Manager design and implement the Scout Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) Field Book – defining and driving how OKRs are set up and run at ScoutCollaborate with the ePMO Manager and key stakeholders to design and implement the Scout End-2-End Business Process governance model (process documentation, process governance, change management, training and communication)Provide administrative support in senior management meetings and workshopsSupport Project Management Communication and EventsAssist in the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of a scalable and sustainable Project Management approach at Scout. Set the standard and lead by exampleLocation & Travel Expectations: The responsibilities of this role require attendance at in-person meetings and events regularly. This role will be based out of the Scout Motors location in Novi, MI. Here's what else you'll bring: Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, engineering, Learning & Development, Organizational Psychology, or other quantitative discipline5+ years of experience in consulting, organizational development, project management – preferably in AutomotiveProven experience designing and maintaining reporting dashboards A minimum of 2 years' experience working with Microsoft Project Professional and/or Microsoft Project Online, or an equivalent project management / task tracking collaboration tool (e.g. Jira, Asana, etc.)Enthusiastically embrace the use of digital collaboration tools, such as Microsoft Whiteboard, Microsoft Loop, Miro, etc.Proven track record of knowledge sharing and the fostering of an environment of continuous learning and improvementStrong communication and collaboration skills, with experience and success in working with cross-functional teams to build trust and accomplish resultsExcellent project management and organizational skills, with proven track record of using industry best practices in your projectsProficiency in presenting complex ideas and recommendations to diverse audiences, including senior leadershipProven ability to think and act strategically and creatively, with an objective driven approachAn eye for design and detail, coupled with the ability to communicate data and information effectively and engaginglyAdditional Preferred Qualifications: Working experience in Power BI, Microsoft Power Automate, SharePoint Sites / SharePoint Lists,Strong Excel skills,Prior experience working within a Project Management Office,  Prior experience in Business Process Modelling / process documentation and process management.  What you'll gainThe benefits of joining Scout include the chance to build products and a company from the ground up. This is a chance to create something new and lasting – with an iconic brand at itsfoundation. In addition, Scoutprovidescompetitive compensation and benefits to support your physical, mental, and financial wellbeing.
