About Us:
We are a reputable school district in the Clinton, MI area dedicated to providing exceptional education and support to our students. Currently, we are seeking a passionate Special Education Teacher to join our team for the remainder of the school year.
Position Details:
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:50 AM to 3:15 PM
Contract: Temporary position for the current school year
Job Qualifications:
Valid Michigan Special Education Teaching License
Ability to commute to the Clinton, MI area
Job Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of students with mild to moderate needs, primarily in grades 3 to 6
Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and 504 plans tailored to each student's requirements
Collaborate effectively with fellow staff members and engage in regular communication with students' families to ensure their progress and success
