The Acquisition and Technology Analysis Group within JOID specializes in the application of multi-disciplinary analytic skills to support multiple clients within the Department of Defense (DoD). These clients include the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD(R&E)), Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment (OUSD(A&S)), DARPA, the Joint Staff, and USINDOPACOM. SPA provides critical decision support to enabling and executing a strategy of technological superiority and enabling the delivery and sustainment of secure, resilient, and preeminent capabilities to the warfighter quickly and cost effectively. Our team of experienced military, technical, and operations research analysts is skilled in evaluating military problems, identifying the driving factors, devising innovative approaches, collecting applicable data, developing necessary software tools, and performing thorough and timely assessments to inform technology and acquisition governance decisions to ensure U.S. military forces retain military superiority in the future.
We have a near-term need for a Special Access Program (SAP) Oversight Coordinator to support the SAPCO supporting the Office of the Secretary of Defense. This role is located onsite at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA.
The OSD Special Access Program Cyber Warfare Directorate provides oversight of the Department's Special Access Program policy and implementation processes. The candidate will provide a wide range of operational, technical, acquisition, and programmatic support to the OSD SAPCO, including conducting analysis and evaluations of technology protection efforts. Will assist government leaders in the administration of the SAP portfolio, suggest improvements to increase agility in the SAP enterprise processes, and support the sharing of SAP capabilities with our allies.
Required: 7+ years of relevant experience Bachelor's degree Experience handling operational, acquisition, and S&T capabilities requiring SAP protection Understanding of JCIDS, the Defense Acquisition System, and the PPBE process Experience developing executive-level briefings, information memorandum, and white papers Ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively interact with numerous DOD, military/civilian personnel, and industry partners Ability to work both independently and in teams to meet mission objectives Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility Desired: Master's degree
