This is role located in Baldwin, Michigan, Dunrovin Conference Center is placed on 155 acres of beautiful woodlands. The Dunrovin Conference Center is a private conference center/lodge owned and utilized by Whirlpool Corporation. At Dunrovin Conference Center, we focus on fine cuisine and amazing guest experiences.Relocation assistance available for eligible candidates that meet the relocation requirementsYour responsibilities will includeDirect food preparation and collaborate with the Executive Chef. Assist with seasonal menu planning, inventory, and management of suppliesOversee and supervise the kitchen staff. Schedule staff shifts. Keep food stations clean and comply with food safety standards. Ensure that food is top quality and the kitchen is in good condition. Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment. Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve upon the kitchen's performance.Solve problems that arise and implement corrective action. Train new employees.
