What You'll Do:
As a Sourcing Lead, you'll play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You'll be responsible for providing strategic input and analysis to enhance our sourcing activities, ensuring we obtain the best quality, service, and value for our products and services. From cost reduction initiatives to supplier management, you'll be at the forefront of driving continuous improvement and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies
Support the creation and implementation of strategic commodity plans
Conduct thorough analyses to inform decision-making processes, including cost analyses and make versus buy assessments
Cultivate strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks
Stay informed about market conditions and technology trends
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Management, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 4 years of experience in sourcing, material planning, purchasing, or planning
APICS certification (preferred)
Experience in FDA, Medical, cGMP, Pharmaceuticals, or Aerospace industries (preferred)
