Responsibilities
• Thorough understanding of various tools and techniques for wine and food service.• Ability to meticulously perform tableside wine and food service while under pressure.• Excellent French wine knowledge, with an emphasis on back vintages and producer profiles.• Ability to work a core schedule of Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

• Thorough understanding of various tools and techniques for wine and food service.• Excellent French wine knowledge, with an emphasis on back vintages and producer profiles.• Ability to meticulously perform tableside wine and food service while under pressure.• Ability to use relevant computer applications (Microsoft Word, excel, outlook; restaurant-specific software including point-of-sale registers and business metric applications).• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Sommelier or Captain desired.• Wine certification is highly preferred.
