Job Description: We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team in New Orleans, LA. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive customer acquisition and retention.
Pay range: $20.50 - $31.00 hourly Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram). Manage The One Agency's social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages. Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for content creation and engagement. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement social media campaigns and promotions to support marketing initiatives and business goals. Track and analyze social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team. Stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing and recommend strategies for optimization and improvement. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field. Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organization. Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging and compelling content for social media posts. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
