The Opportunity
As a Social Media Coordinator at our agency, you'll step into a dynamic role where you'll blend strategy and hands-on implementation to craft engaging social media experiences for our clients. You'll be both a counselor and practitioner, guiding social media strategies while rolling up your sleeves to execute campaigns across various platforms. This junior-level position demands a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to develop and maintain a compelling brand presence on social media platforms through creative content and community engagement.
Craft captivating social media copy and curate content calendars on a weekly/monthly basis.
Manage client social media channels, from content creation to community management and growth.
Support agency's social media channels, adhering to brand guidelines and elevating our presence in tech PR and marketing communities.
Analyze and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decisions.
Assist Marketing and PR teams with research and insights for strategy briefs and new business proposals.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices.
Participate in new business pitches, advocating for social media services to potential clients.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of social media experience in agency or brand settings.
Proficiency in managing major social platforms, including understanding of platform policies, user behavior trends, and paid campaigns.
Ability to integrate social media into broader marketing and communications strategies.
Experience with social listening tools and deriving insights.
Eagerness to learn and contribute to diverse projects such as paid social, influencer partnerships, and B2B social audits.
Strong analytical skills, with expertise in social media analytics and reporting.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a knack for explaining social media concepts to non-experts.
Familiarity with SEO principles and the PESO model.
Ability to think critically, plan strategically, and execute effectively across multiple tasks.
Salary Ranges
We believe in fair and transparent compensation practices. Salary ranges are provided based on state regulations for the locations we operate in. Final compensation will be determined by factors including education, experience, and location.

Work Arrangement
This role offers flexibility, with options for fully remote work within the United States or hybrid arrangements near our hub offices in San Francisco, Salt Lake City, or New York City.
