Our client is a Real Estate Private Equity Firm located in Beverly Hills. They are seeking a Snr. Financial Analyst/Investor Relations Specialist
The position would work closely with the CFO and other C-Level Executives of the company. The person in this role will be exposed to the leadership and decision-making of the company and can make an impact. This role offers tremendous learning and career growth opportunity in both responsibility and compensation over time.
Job Description:
Responsible for equity raise, and management of all communication touch points with Omninet's investors. Requires excellent interpersonal skills, extensive experience communicating with and reporting to investors, as well as a deep understanding of the real estate portfolio, including ability to provide data-driven analyses and conclusions.

Primary job functions include:

Formulate and execute equity raise plan with managing partners to strategically grow the commercial real estate portfolio. Draft detailed investment memos for equity partners.
Quarterly update packages including analysis of financial statements and NOI trends and cash flow analysis for partner distributions.
Interact with investors on a daily basis, which requires thorough understanding of operations, competitive advantages and position in the marketplace, as well as partnership details such as equity and debt structures, distribution waterfalls and returns statistics.
Prepare and present marketing

presentations/materials

to many end-users, including potential UHNW investors, Investment Advisory and Institutional firms.
Represent the company at conferences, industry events and one-on-one meetings with equity partners and lenders.
Maintain all investor documents and ensure compliance
They are looking for someone with:
Understanding of the Real Estate industry.
Strong Financial Modeling skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
MBA a plus but not required.
Will consider someone straight out of Big 4 public accounting with knowledge of Real Estate.

The company has a well-balanced portfolio of both commercial and residential properties, a good training program and tons of room for growth.
Salary in the $100K-$130K range plus bonus.
