THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE: Taking all you know about the latest techniques in skin care, you'll have a uniquely rewarding opportunity to facilitate training related to esthetics initiatives across 3 to 4 designated districts. Equipping other associates with the ability to capture guests' real radiance through careful coaching and support. You will also work directly with guests taking them to whole new levels of confidence, delight, and personal expression through soft, luminous, head-turning skin. Helping them uncover their greatest potential.

Providing exceptional guest service for skin, waxing, ear piercing (where applicable) and makeup applications, either by appointment, walk-in or converting guests in store Training all Skincare Professionals and Services Managers within a designated number of stores on skin services and operational standards. Supporting the Services Manager (SM) through the focus on skin services/retail sales, in-store events, guest service, and culture, adhering to operating procedures and compliance standards Facilitate, prep and communicate all training sessions as directed by the Manager of Skin Services Training Driving innovation and new initiatives by supporting Skin Therapists and Skincare Experts leading through change Performing makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales and guest service experience Supporting in-store events that drive guest love and loyalty Creating and maintaining an active clientele portfolio through thoughtful and imaginative consultation and service recommendations Attending manager led monthly goal setting meetings to support personal business growth Developing professional peer and partner relationships for greater sales/service impact Maintaining compliance with all Ulta Beauty and state board policies, procedures and standards Following all safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures at all stages of service Utilizing booking systems and attending/facilitating mandatory service and retail product trainings/meetings THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS: Qualified candidates will possess an Esthetician, Advanced Esthetic or Cosmetology license, where applicable by state law, and 5+ years of experience performing skin services with:
2+ years of training experience, including a superior knowledge of all back-bar products, services, and retail recommendations Demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of facial treatments, waxing, makeup applications and facial equipment Proficiency with technology (e.g., Microsoft Office programs, POS systems) Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks with moving parts Strong critical reasoning skills to react under pressure, use good judgement in ambiguous situations, and be flexible/adaptable Ability to build strong partnerships with various associate levels & work independently and as part of a team Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify information into clear, concise steps using various vehicles of communication Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to travel up to 25% of your time, including overnight stays, to visit all applicable stores, attend corporate business meetings and conferences Means of mobility for travel to visit individual stores Dermalogica Elite Certified (preferred) Essential Functions:
