Dedicated Asphalt Construction Laborers needed to join our teamResponsible for operating construction mobile equipmentHigh-quality infrastructure solutions delivered to clients
Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities
• Place utmost importance on personal safety and embrace a zero-injury safety culture• Safely operate various pieces of construction mobile equipment• Function as an essential part of an asphalt paving or milling crew• Follow instructions and work as part of a team• Ability to work a 12-hour day/shift including some nights and weekends• Perform strenuous physical labor, lifting items up to 50 pounds• Work in extreme weather conditions• High school diploma or equivalent preferred• 3-year minimum previous experience in asphalt construction• 3-year minimum experience operating highway construction related mobile equipment
Requirements
• Must have reliable transportation• Must have a valid driver's license
