Site Manager Job Description We are currently seeking a Site Manager for our facility located in Lebanon, TN, 37090. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the site.
Responsibilities: Manage and supervise all site staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity Monitor and maintain site budget, including expenses and revenue projections Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols Coordinate with vendors and contractors for site maintenance and repairs Handle any customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner Qualifications: Previous experience in a management role, preferably in a similar industry Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Excellent problem-solving abilities Salary info: $28.85 - $74.04 / hr
