The Service Technician role is to interface with internal and external customers, be responsible for receiving incoming product, inspecting for accuracy and quality, picking and shipping customer orders, material and inventory handling and storage, RMA processing, warehouse organization and safety and other warehouse operating requirements. The role will also do valve assembly and automation, pump repair as well as electric heat trace system prep & assembly. Position requirements include strong interpersonal skills, highly self-motivated, ability to work both independently and team-oriented, mechanically inclined. Responsibilities Include: Receiving and receiving inspection Processing shipment and inventory transactions in LN (ERP system) Picking, packaging, and shipping heavy industrial equipment Forklift driving Valve assembly and automation Perform bench-type processes to complete mechanical and electrical assemblies and subassemblies, using hand tools and electronic and pneumatic tooling. Electric heat trace prep & assembly including panel fabrication Following production guidelines and specification to meet on time delivery expectation General warehouse duties, shipping & receiving as needed Pump repair and other field service work Workplace organization, cleanliness, and safety Communication skills across a wide range of stakeholders including customers, outside sales, inside sales, management, etc. Other responsibilities as directed by Operations Manager Qualifications: High school diploma or GED or equivalent education and/or experience Valid driver's license in state of residence required Computer skills (Outlook, Excel, etc.) Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to follow technical instructions Good driving record Basic math and analytical skills Solid technical skills to understand basic electrical circuits Ability to read and interpret operating & instruction manuals Use of multimeters and basic hand tools to assemble and build products. Must be self-motivated and disciplined to work autonomously with minimal supervision Good organizational skills with the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks Preferred Qualifications: Experience in heavy industry or industrial site environment.
