We are seeking a driven, growth-minded Restaurant Shift Leader to join our team.
You will be responsible for actively leading a caring culture so that our team provides guests with an excellent dining experience.
If hired, you will be responsible for key responsibilities and business metrics such as
Food Safety and Quality Team Member engagement Guest Experience Sales and Profitability Starting will be based on availability and previous work experience.
Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all restaurant shifts. Oversee guest services and empower team members to resolve issues through surprise and delight. Ensure we are providing guests with a high quality of ingredients and food preparation Train and develop all team members Create and adjust team schedules to meet restaurant needs Adhere to all restaurant safety and security regulations ? Qualifications: Previous experience leading teams Possess strong interpersonal relationship skills Able to have great chemistry with team members of all age groups Previous experience in food service or other service related fields Strong leadership qualities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Handles high-pressure situations well Excellent written and communication skills Strong problem solving skills Strong attention to detail Requirements * Must be available to open and/or close every day of the week
* Must be available to work 40 hours or more every week
* Must be 21+ with a clean driving record and ability to operate a motor vehicle
