Shift Lead

Description: A Shift Lead is responsible for assisting our team of directors in the daily running of the business and implementing Chick-fil-A processes for all areas of the store, and helping to move the store forward with enthusiasm and vision.
Responsibilities include: Maintaining a positive working environment and treating all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback. Ability to effectively troubleshoot, problem solve, and make quick decisions on a daily basis. Maintaining positive customer experience. Coaching and developing team members and team leaders. Dealing with policy/procedure violations. Strictly adhering to all Company policies and procedures. Assisting in managing inventory and facilities. Serving as an excellent coach, communicator, and team builder. Requirements * MUST be able to work Saturdays
* MUST be able to work evenings and at least 2 closes (11pm)
* Experience running a shift or other leadership experience preferred
* Experience in customer service preferred
* Ability to be on feet for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
* Experience with Chick-fil-A preferred by not required
* Basic computer competency
* Must live in vicinity of Ankeny, Iowa
* Knowledge of Spanish language a plus but not required
