Sheds and carports are high dollar items which produce a sizeable commission with each completed sale! Your earning possibility is limitless- you decide how much you want to make! Preview of Dealer Agreement: Watson provides: A full portfolio of outdoor products to the Dealer, and in turn the Dealer agrees to sell only Watson products, with the exception of approved items that are complimentary to outdoor buildings and covers, and are not offered for retail by Watson. Watson will handle the delivery and installation of the sales and rentals, and will also be responsible for warranty issues and repairs, unless it is determined the damages occurred due to Dealer negligence. Watson provides the Dealer with a no hassle, in-house rent-to-own program . This will require being familiar with the particular criteria of our rental shed agreement, and doing due diligence in the processes. Dealer also agrees to clean out, and resell rental return sheds as part of the rent-to-own program. Dealer will have access to proprietary information, software, materials, media, procedures, and brand . They agree to use them only for the promotion of the sale of Watson products and services to the community. Dealer will also be added to the Watson location on the website. Dealer may not use any proprietary items for any other business or for personal gain. Dealer may not use any marketing with a brand other than Watson, for the Watson products and services. A standard starting display of inventory will be provided by Watson at the time of initial lot setup. Ongoing inventory requests are at the discretion of the dealer as long as they are maintaining the dealer sales requirements. Authorized independent dealers are paid a commission upon the satisfactory completion of the sale. This includes accurate customer information, correct pricing and presentation of the product, proper site suitability and situation vetting, and appropriate completion of sales/rental procedure and protocol. Commissions are paid to the Dealer with the stipulation of maintained communication with the customer until the sale or rental is completed, and successful delivery is achieved. 10% commission is paid on all successful sales and rental contracts. Additional bonuses are available. Dealer provides: Dealer must either own or hold the lease on an approved road front property with sufficient space for a good inventory display. This property must have a good flow of traffic on a regular basis for a successful sales opportunity. Dealer must also have or acquire a professional, clean office space in which to engage in comfortable conversation and complete sales paperwork. Dealer is required to have a well-running computer with up-to-date hardware, software and accessories . Good internet connection and speed is essential as many of the sales tools and programs are web-based. Dealer will need up-to-date versions of Chrome, Adobe Acrobat Reader, and either the Google suite or Office suite sheets and documents. Dealer will also be required to have a printer, scanner, and smartphone in order to take quality pictures and maintain paperwork submission protocols. Dealer must maintain their own business license, insurance, permits, etc. for conducting business in the community. Dealer is responsible to provide reasonable safety precautions against damage or loss of Watson products through vandalism or theft. Hours of operation need to be clearly posted at the sales location and Google business listing. A minimum 40 hr. work week is required with some Saturday hours included. During the posted hours it is assumed that there will be a qualified representative available to assist customers in their inquiries. Dealer is required to provide their own marketing at a minimum spend of 2% of retail sales. Watson will reimburse the marketing spend up to 2%. Some media and content may be available from the Watson marketing department. Dealer will be required to follow the established processes for inventory tracking, reporting, and the completion of sales and rental agreements . Dealer agrees to process all sales and rental contracts with accuracy and all accompanying criteria, providing a copy of the agreements to the customer as well as maintaining a copy on file. All originals must be mailed to the main office for processing. Additional and ongoing training programs provided to the dealers are considered required education, and dealer agrees to complete these as assigned. Code of Conduct: Dealer may not engage in any activity that causes a conflict of interest. This includes the use of position, or business connections for personal gain, owning product or stock in a competitor, using company equipment or products for personal use, or engaging in any activities that may compromise Watson legally. As a partner, the dealer agrees to abide by the Watson core values.
Right of Access: Watson holds the right to access the Dealer's place of business at any time to examine the Watson products provided to the Dealer. In the event the dealer agreement is terminated, Watson shall have the right over any landlord or deed holder to remove the Watson products.
Right of Dissolution: Watson maintains the right to terminate the independent Dealer relationship at any time due to failure to uphold the Watson standards, insufficient sales volume, or incompatibility of partnership. Upon termination, Watson will have 30 days to remove the Watson products. Should the Dealer terminate the relationship, a 30-day notice in writing is required to allow removal of all Watson products.
