Greet customers upon arrival and direct accordingly. Answer and direct incoming service calls. Provide customers with company information such as store hours/location, and answer other general inquiries. Assist with managing daily Service Log. Schedule appointments and assist with pick-ups. Monitor parts orders to keep Service Advisors informed of status. File service work orders and service receipts. Other duties assigned by Service management. High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior office experience is a preferred. Must have excellent organizational skills. Able to work in a team setting in a fast-paced office environment . Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong communication skills, verbal and written. Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Reliable and strong work ethic. Professional appearance is a must. PERKS
