Position Summary The Service Parts Warehouse Picker will be responsible for executing all service-related parts movements, inventories, and parts sales. Position Responsibilities Obtain a technical understanding of the product and parts. Field customer and technician parts questions and requests Manage warranty parts usage, replenishment, and adjustment. Work with Production and Engineering team on assembly build-up management. Organize and stock physical parts area. Position Qualifications Knowledge of principles and processes for providing superior customer service Ability to set and prioritize goals and achieve them per a schedule. Ability to execute and follow through on instructions given by supervisor Knowledge of computer, MS Word, and MS Excel programs Ability to articulate clearly when writing including composition, spelling, and punctuation. Ability to safely operate a Forklift and other warehousing and shipping equipment High school diploma or GED Ideal Candidates Will Also Have One or more years of experience in parts/warehouse Experience with ERP systems Orange EV is an Equal Opportunity Employers and seek diversity in candidates for employment.
