Responsibilities
• Maintain profitability of the department while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction• Understand and keep abreast of all federal, state and local regulations• Interact with and manage a staff of technicians• Lead service management & reconditioning activities• Interact with external vendors• Fulfill all service activities needed to meet or exceed operating plan goals• Implement and maintain effective reconditioning processes and flows• Ensure effective vehicle production and inventory control• Manage technician productivity
Requirements
• ASE Certifications desired• Bachelor's degree preferred• Strong communication skills• Valid driver's license with clean driving record• At least 2 years of automotive management and automotive customer service experience• Experience with implementing structured business processes• Hard-working can-do attitude• Excellent interpersonal and management skills• Complete background and drug screening
