Service Manager - Freightliner Dealership

We are one of the largest Freightliner/Western Star Heavy Truck Dealerships in the Southeast. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a  Service Manager with strong customer communications skills, who is a self-starter and a quick learner to lead our  Meridian, MS service team .
Responsibilities: Meet and greet the public in a professional manner Assist customers with technical support Effectively manage time and service team Set and meet profitability goals Work closely with other team members to exceed customer expectations Qualifications: Minimum 2-5 years' experience in both management and automotive or heavy truck service experience. Retail and Customer Service experience is essential. Previous experience as a diesel mechanic is a plus! Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and other web-based programs. Experience with using Excel spreadsheets, CRM/dealer systems and/or databases is required. Must be detail oriented, organized, and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Excellent professional & interpersonal communication (verbal & written) skills. Capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing the team effectively. Skilled at building strong customer relationships.
