Service Manager Responsibilities:
* Elevate Service Department operations to optimize customer satisfaction, drive sales, and manage costs effectively.
* Craft annual Service Department objectives and budgets in alignment with our organizational vision.
* Design and implement marketing strategies, diligently tracking performance metrics.
* Attract, train, and retain top-tier talent, fostering a culture of excellence.
* Coordinate engaging customer events and adeptly handle service negotiations.
* Efficiently manage work-in-progress and rework processes.
* Implement standardized procedures and champion best practices.
* Timely submission of warranty claims and upkeep of service facilities.
* Fulfill all assigned duties with precision and dedication.
Service Manager Qualifications:
* A minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in service repairs, with a focus on CASE IH and New Holland equipment.
* High School diploma/GED required (Associates/Bachelor's degree preferred).
* Comprehensive understanding of heavy equipment technology.
* Previous supervisory or management experience is essential.
* Exceptional communication, mathematical, and analytical aptitude.
* Proven track record in team building and leadership.
