Responsibilities
• Helping clients design and implement process strategies to address gaps in their cloud service delivery and service management proficiency.• Managing the identification and addressing of client needs in cloud platforms, IT Service Management, DevSecOps transformations, and IT asset and configuration management.• Collaborating on and delivering strategy and transformation projects, leading small teams and workstreams.• Structuring and communicating ideas logically to clients and team members.• Building and maintaining professional relationships.• Approaching new projects with an open mind.• Believing in the value created by diverse teams and adapting to different working styles.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience.• Bachelor's degree.• Certification(s) preferred in ITIL 4, COBIT, ISO 27001, ServiceNow, BMC Helix, Flexera, Jira Service Management, FinOps.• Thorough knowledge of cloud platforms, IT Service Management modules, DevSecOps transformations, industry leading discovery technologies, IT Asset and Configuration Management principles, Service Management and Operations processes.• Ability to develop and re-engineer IT processes, capabilities, and controls.• Experience in implementing and maturing governance frameworks, including operating models and reporting capabilities.• Knowledge of IT Financial Management.• Experience in delivering strategy and transformation projects, leading small teams, and integrating feedback.• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
