YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR SERVICE DISPATCHER - CUSTOMER SERVICE REP As a full-time Service Dispatcher - Customer Service Rep, your typical day will be filled with dynamic responsibilities, including efficiently managing service technicians' schedules, answering customer calls with a smile, coordinating return trips when necessary parts become available, and maintaining our customer database to ensure our records are up to date.
