Responsibilities
• Schedule appointments for repair, maintenance, recall work• Greet customers, inspect their powersports vehicles, and answer questions• Document problems with Motorcycles, ATVs, Side-by-Sides, and Personal Watercraft• Notify the Service Manager of additional work needed or any delays• Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and cost• Review Repair Orders in progress to ensure quality and timeliness• Follow the status of a customer's powersports vehicle• Communicate any changes in timeline, repairs, or cost to the customer• Review the work order with the customer upon completion of work• Maintain current technical qualifications through training programs
Requirements
• 1+ years of Powersports or Automotive Dealership experience• Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills• A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment• Valid driver's license and a good driving record• Motorcycle Endorsement preferred• Must pass a pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen• Bilingual is a HUGE plus!
