Responsibilities
• Schedule service appointments• Greet customers and obtain vehicle information• Write up vehicle problems accurately on repair order• Inspect vehicle and recommend additional service• Provide cost estimates for labor and parts• Check progress of repair and communicate with customers• Review repair orders and explain completed work and charges• Other responsibilities may be assigned
Requirements
• Two to four years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience• Experience with technology for exceptional customer experience• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively• Valid driver's license
