Job Description: As a Server, you play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable dining experience. Your primary responsibility is to deliver top-notch service, maintain a positive attitude, and contribute to the welcoming atmosphere of our establishment.
Key Responsibilities :
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Provide detailed menu descriptions and take accurate food and drink orders. Ensure special requests and dietary restrictions are accommodated. Transmit orders to the kitchen and bar accurately, ensuring all items are prepared and served correctly. Double-check orders for accuracy before delivering to the guests. Maintain a deep understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and daily specials. Be prepared to answer questions and make menu recommendations. Set and clear tables efficiently and keep the dining area clean and organized. Suggestively sell additional items such as appetizers, desserts, and beverages to enhance the guest experience. Address guest concerns and complaints professionally and promptly, involving the management team when necessary. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service. Present bills accurately, process payments, and return change promptly. Handle cash and electronic transactions with precision. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and alcohol service laws. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Qualifications: Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food and beverage service and menu items. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a professional appearance.
