Server - Hospitality Lead

Gerry's Restaurant and Bar in National City, CA is looking for a full- or part-time Server - Hospitality Lead to help strengthen our team and ensure we provide the best customer service we can! This is a hands-on leadership role where you oversee your front-of-house (FOH) team while also serving guests yourself.

QUALIFICATIONS 1+ years of experience as a server Some experience in a managerial or lead position Willingness to work some weekends and holidays A degree in a field such as hotel and business management would be preferred. 3+ years of experience as a lead server would be a plus!
