Senior Workday Recruiting

Title: Senior Workday Recruiting Personal Qualifications Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience. Minimum of 4 years of enterprise resource planning (ERP), HCM implementation, and upgrade experience. Completion of at least one full implementation with Workday HCM and Recruiting. Workday certified in HCM and Recruiting a plus. Detailed understanding of ERP System concepts and general module functionality. Capabilities Provide guidance and support as a hands-on subject matter expert (SME) in Workday Recruiting. Understand post go-live requirements to design, build, configure and test the Workday solution. Provide insight from your product and industry knowledge. Develop solutions through continuous adjustments to system configuration using Agile/innovative iterative prototype methodology.
