Job Title: Senior System Administrator/ IT Lead Salary: $100k-$125k DOE

We've seen strong growth and are seeking a Senior System Administrator/ IT Lead to act as both a Subject Matter Expert and hands-on leader for our IT Team. This is essentially a role that is 80% hands on, 20% team and strategic leadership

What You Will Be Doing Essential Functions:  Individual contributor to various IT and related technical projects. Provide technical guidance to other IT team members. Provide input on strategy and goalsetting for the team. Determine project requirements and provide planning & related guidance. Co-ordinate with various stakeholders inside the company to successfully execute internal IT projects. Ensure compliance of the company's IT systems with applicable governmental standards. Education, Experience & Skills: We look at a candidate's full profile and are open minded. If you don't have exact experience with the technologies we use, and are sharp, we are open to training as long as you have strong experience in  IT and System Administration as a whole. 
5+ years of experience in an IT role. Biotech industry experience preferred. Experience with Windows, Azure and Active Directory preferred but not required Experience with O365, and Meraki preferred Experience with SharePoint Preferred Benefits Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
