We strive towards providing high reliability; high performance and value-added services that enables Samsung Semiconductors to deliver world class products.Location: Hybrid, working onsite at our San Jose, CA headquarters 3 days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of your time.Job ID: 42065Obtain PCB and package design material properties, dimensions and design rules from package and PCB vendorsBuild PCB and Package 3D model and extract S-parameter model using EM simulation tools like HFSS.Simulate circuit performance with extracted supply and signal integrity model and propose ways to improve PCB and package design.Measure package and PCB S-parameter models using network analyzer.Design, simulation and layout supervision of wirelines communication circuit components, including PLL, LO distribution, phase interpolator (PI), digitally-controlled delay line (DCDL), duty-cycle correction (DCD), quadrature error correction (QEC), T-coil, continuous-time linear equalizer (CTLE), decision-feedback equalizer (DFE), slicers, bang-bang phase detector, receiver DEMUX, LDOs, LVDS/CML/SSTL transmitter drivers and Tx-mux.What You BringBachelors with 15+ years of relevant industry experience, or Masters with 13+ years or PhD with 10+ years in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field preferred.5+ years working experience on digital design.
