Senior Salesforce Application Developer Location Remote in Washington, DC : Position Title: Senior Salesforce Application Developer Location: Hybrid, Washington, D.C.
Position Overview : Indev is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Application Developer to join one of our federal projects supporting Department of Transportation in Washington, D.C. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your previous Salesforce development experience and expertise. Your in-depth understanding of state models will be used to build workflow applications used to integrate external data.

Your future duties and responsibilities: Utilize workflow models to define individual states and transaction tasks and configure into Salesforce accordingly Integrate Salesforce Service Cloud with other external systems and applications, ensuring smooth data flow, interoperability, and alignment with program requirements Collaborate with business analysts, technical staff and other key stakeholders to identify best solutions to address customer needs Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of applications Document best practices and operational procedures while implementing continuous improvement within the environment Required qualifications to be successful in this role: 5+ years of specialized experience using Salesforce and seven years of relevant experience Experience in Service Cloud with a focus on workflow applications Keen understanding of state and workflow models and how to configure in Salesforce Experience using Mulesoft and data pipelines Experience integrating the Salesforce data model to outside data systems Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance Nice to have's: Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree Experience in AWS cloud engineering (S3, API Gateway, queues, etc.) Preferred certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Developer About Us: At Indev, we're not just a company; we're a trailblazing force transforming the way Salesforce is integrated into the Federal workspace.
