What You'll Be Doing
- Administering our sales, customer success management, and finance platforms, including Salesforce, NetSuite, AWS QuickSight, Middleware, and various integrated tools.
- Enhancing operational efficiency by automating processes and overseeing data management initiatives, including quality control, enrichment, and migration projects.
- Providing valuable feedback on the work of fellow administrators and developers.
What You Won't Be Doing
- Engaging in direct sales pitches or customer interactions.
- Crafting advertising copy or website design/development.
- While you may engage in some Apex, Python, or TypeScript coding, it won't constitute the majority of your tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including operations, sales, marketing, customer success, and finance to ensure seamless functionality of systems and processes.
- Implementing new technologies and establishing systems, methods, and processes to enhance work quality and operational efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification or equivalent expertise.
- Proficiency in SOQL.
- Experience with configuring Salesforce CPQ.
- Working knowledge of Apex.
- Demonstrated experience in data migration within Salesforce environments.
- Familiarity with building system integrations via API or middleware and implementing business automation.
- Enthusiasm for AI technologies, with a solid understanding of current technology trends and their potential applications.
