They are hiring for a Senior Project Manager - Mechanical, to support with a confidential mega project in Mississippi - you do not need to be based locally but must be open to regular travel to the site.

Experience with mechanical procurement, installation and commissioning on design-build projects is ideal.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Coordination:
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for mechanical systems installation in construction projects.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of mechanical systems with project requirements.

Resource Management:
Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficient execution of mechanical work.
Procure necessary materials and equipment in accordance with project specifications and budgetary constraints.

Technical Oversight:
Provide technical expertise and guidance on mechanical systems design, installation, and integration.
Review mechanical drawings, calculations, and specifications to verify compliance with applicable codes and standards.

Quality Assurance and Control:
Implement quality assurance and control processes to ensure mechanical installations meet project requirements and industry standards.
Conduct inspections and audits of mechanical work to identify deficiencies and ensure corrective actions are taken.

Health and Safety Compliance:
Enforce health and safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all project personnel.
