Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled SUMMARY Arcticom, LLC, a subsidiary of Bering Straits Native Corporation, is currently seeking a qualified Senior Program Analyst for t he Ground Based Air Defense Engineering and Logistics Contract at Quantico, VA. The Senior Program Analyst will provide data analysis liaison support of program-level activities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES The Essential Duties and Responsibilities are intended to present a descriptive list of the range of duties performed for this position and are not intended to reflect all duties performed within the job. Provide data analysis liaison support of program-level activities to include: Systems Engineering Risk analysis and management Safety Analysis and Assessment Production Management Modeling and Simulation Scheduling Testing Cyber Security Assessment and Management Software Management Perform system integration that includes: Technical Reviews Milestone Reviews Program Reviews New Program Development Program Strategy Development Program Execution Management Facilitate assessments of Cruise Missile Defense Systems (CMDS), Counter -Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS), Counter-Rocket, Artillery, Mortar (C-RAM), Maneuver Short Range Air Defense (MSHORAD) and Air Defense missile-related-acquisition programs to support organizational planning and development within PM GBAD.

Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications (applies to both this section and KSAO's) Knowledge and understanding of the GBAD Family of Systems Bachelor's Degree 10+ years' experience in technical project/program management Demonstrated leadership and effective written and oral communication skills Must be fluent with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams and MS Project Demonstrated experience managing acquisition support and sustainment initiatives Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics This position requires an Active SECRET security clearance. Preferred PMP, PgMP, PfMP – Project / Program / Portfolio Management Professional Certified Agile Scrum Master Master's degree in business, Information Technology, or related field.
