Our client is currently looking for a hands-on Senior Process Engineer looking to relocate to their facility in New Hampshire.
As the Senior Process Engineer responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Provide day-to-day operation support and troubleshooting
Identify areas of improvement and process and product optimization
Adhere to all site EHS standards and practices
Ensure customer satisfaction from creation through production
Manage documentation for production processes and materials
Salary Range: $105,000/year - $125,000/year

Job Requirements

As the Senior Process Engineer requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:
BS Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
3+ years of experience working as a Process and/or Continuous Improvement Engineer in a manufacturing environment
Experience identifying areas of improvement
Previous rubber molding experience such silicone, SBR, Nitrile, Fluorocarbon, HNBR, and others
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
