They will be good at expressing themselves, self-motivated and have a desire to learn and grow.Key duties:Produce models and detailed technical drawings, in accordance with standards, policies and proceduresCommunicate with the project team, provide updates, raise issues and attend team meetingsDeliver and contribute to practical solutionsEnsure project time and cost are met - monitor effectiveness of designs, scheduling of work, resource requirements and review compliance with project execution plan (schedule) and client expectationsProvide technical guidance and leadership to junior team membersDemonstrate high standard of personal safety and safe design practicesYou will have:Relevant tertiary qualification – beneficial not essentialIdeally, 5+ years' of design experience in minerals processing or mining with strong knowledge of Gold and Rare Earths.Well-developed communication (written and verbal) and organisational skills.Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and build relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders.Proficiency in MicroStation Design Software – Highly desirable.Proficiency with Microsoft office products, particularly Excel and Word.Excellent attitude, team focus and commitment towards safety.If you are interested but don't think you meet all the criteria outlined above, we encourage you to still apply.
