Senior Office Operations CoordinatorLocation: Washington, DC (Downtown area)Operations Responsibilities
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Ensure Office Services vendor meets service level agreements (SLAs)• Review and suggest improvements to procedures• Identify and respond to facility needs and achieve cost savings• Maintain first aid and safety equipment• Coordinate repairs and maintenance of supplemental HVAC systems• Establish and maintain Facilities Process Spreadsheet• Coordinate interoffice moves and prepare for new arrivals/departures• Maintain inventory of office keys• Reconfigure conference rooms and assist with IT room set-up• Provide support to Office Administrative & Events Specialist• Coordinate shredding bins and recycling processes• Coordinate repair and replacement of facilities-related items• Ensure appropriate nameplates and signage are in place• Coordinate after-hours HVAC coverage and lobby directory• Coordinate printing of business cards and participate in sustainability committees• Update floor maps and facilities-related pages on intranet• Coordinate office visitor experience and visitor guides
Requirements
• High school diploma and 5 years of related experience• Computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel• Experience in office services and facilities operations• Previous experience in a professional services environment preferred• Law office experience required• Must be able to work in person
