Are you a seasoned marketing professional with a knack for generating demand and driving revenue? We are seeking a Senior Marketing Demand Generation Manager to spearhead our efforts in coordinating and executing high-impact demand-generation campaigns, collaborating closely with our Direct Sales teams.

In this pivotal role, you will lead the design and implementation of multi-channel Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, crafting compelling offers, coordinating events, and developing innovative programs. Leveraging a data-driven approach, you will analyze insights to optimize strategies and enhance campaign performance.

Working hand in hand with various teams across BILL, you will orchestrate end-to-end campaigns aimed at fueling pipeline growth, facilitating closed business deals, and maximizing platform utilization.

What you'll be doing

Create and execute impactful ABM campaigns and events to drive pipeline, ensuring coverage for each sales segment
Collaboratively work with sales, SDRs, channel marketers, creative, and web teams to execute polished end-to-end campaigns from ad creative to demo.
Day-to-day efforts will include digital marketing, email, account-based strategy, sales development cadences, webinars, content syndication, direct mail, and 6sense
This role may include participating in marketing-related events, including representing BILL at trade shows and other activities as needed, researching events, pre and post-event marketing, booking and setting up for events, arranging travel, and overseeing trade show inventory and booth assets.
Track and report on campaign performance and utilize that data to develop and optimize future campaigns
Collaborate with sales and sales development leaders to ensure appropriate prioritization and enablement for effective follow-up on integrated marketing campaigns
Partner with Product Marketing to optimize campaign audience targeting, messaging, and sales follow up
Partner with marketing operations to ensure effective lead flow and tracking through Marketo and Salesforce
We'd love to chat if you have:

8 years of work experience in a marketing or technology-related organization
Solid understanding of pipeline management and sales metrics
Experience working with B2B SDRs and direct sales teams
Excellent project management and collaboration skills
Proven success in conceptualizing, planning, and executing marketing campaigns to drive sales success
Ability to manage cross-functional projects
B2B Marketing experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience required.
The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILL's bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

$111,400-$139,700 USD
