You may just be the right candidate for this or other roles.A Brief OverviewThe Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst is responsible for providing business and financial guidance to TriNet's management team through various planning and analysis activities. This role provides budgets, forecasts, and financial reports & analyses for assigned department(s) and/or member(s) of the management team. This role also assists in analyzing strategic endeavors, new business opportunities, customer profitability, long-term forecasting, new product ROI, and other ad hoc projects as required. This is an individual contributor role.LocationsUnited States (Remote)What you will doAct as liaison and provide financial support to assigned departments or members of the leadership teamPrepare revenue forecasts and predictive models based upon ongoing business performanceReport on actual financial results against targets, provide analysis of forecast variances, and assist in guidance on future trendsInfluence strong cross-functional communications and enhance efficiencies by leading teams through operational improvement effortsActively support ongoing improvement of TriNet's financial, planning and business intelligence systemsAnalyze cost trends including developing new relevant key performance indicators.Assist with preparation of Quarterly Business Review materials covering KPI's, service costs, and quarterly projections vs Plan and forecast.Develop expertise in navigating within and improving Tableau and Anaplan applicationsSupport new products and initiatives with business case development.Perform ad hoc financial analysis projects and report preparation as identified by management teamAdditional duties as assigned Education QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience-Required Experience QualificationsTypically 5+ years in financial planning and analysis-Required Typically 2+ years' experience in revenue forecastingExperience in a Public Company-Preferred Skills and AbilitiesUnderstanding of PEO business, CLTV (Customer Lifetime Value) and CTS (Cost to Serve) concepts and metrics-Preferred Proven ability to build predictive modelsAdvanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills-Required Anaplan and Tableau experience-Preferred but not Required Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on capacity A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities Licenses and CertificationsCertified Public Accountant (CPA)-Preferred Certified Management Accountant (CMA)-Preferred Travel RequirementsMinimalWork EnvironmentWork in clean, pleasant, and comfortable home or office setting.
