Position Title: Senior Financial Analyst
Location: Remote
Job Description:
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in driving financial analysis and reporting to enhance the profitability of various Prime business areas or units. Your responsibilities include leading budgeting and forecasting processes, devising innovative analytical models leveraging cost drivers and metrics, and providing crucial financial insights to support Prime's objectives. Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with supported departments, serving as their Finance advocate and integrating seamlessly into their leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide financial guidance and oversight to multiple Prime departments, overseeing annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial obligations.
- Conduct trend analysis on critical areas such as capital planning and projects, recommending operational enhancements based on comprehensive data analysis.
- Mentor and support junior members of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, fostering their growth and development.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to the holistic success of our organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience; High School diploma or GED required.
- 6 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
Additional Qualifications:
- Strong team player with exceptional communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with experience working with databases for data retrieval and analysis.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA in Finance or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, including experience with complex formulas.
- Knowledge or experience in PBM, Healthcare, Contact Center, or Government Programs.
Minimum Physical Job Requirements:
- Flexible work schedule within standard business hours.
- Ability to sit for extended periods, use hands for tasks, communicate effectively, and occasionally lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Reporting Structure:
Reports to Manager or Senior Director in the Finance department.
Compensation:
Potential pay for this position ranges from $85,600.00 - $128,400.00 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.
