Design and develop appropriate learning curriculum to meet client business needs.
Evaluate content development needs (through interactions with Subject Matter Experts), define the best development approach, and execute a plan for successful delivery.

As a Learning Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing appropriate learning curriculum to meet client business needs, including workflow and solution adoption best practices. You will also evaluate content development needs (through interactions with Subject Matter Experts), define the best development approach, and execute a plan for successful delivery. You will use a variety of software to create learning documents, including Adobe Captivate and Acrobat, TechSmith Camtasia and Snagit, Microsoft Office, and open source tools.
Basic Qualifications + At least 5 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
+ At least 1 year of learning/adult education work experience, including talent development, instructional design, training facilitation or learning consultation
+ At least 4 years of additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
Preferred Qualifications + Experience using Adobe Captivate and Acrobat, TechSmith Camtasia and Snagit, Microsoft Office, and open source tools.
2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
Responsibilities Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.
