• Process payments using the CASHNet cashiering system and BARC receivables system• Provide professional customer service to students, employees, and the public• Verify and process daily deposits• Assure compliance with University policies and procedures• Serve as a campus resource for inquiries about departments• Count, verify, and process departmental deposits• Respond to inquiries from departments and customers• Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent experience• 1-3 years of cashiering experience• Preferred UC Experience or experience in higher education• 1-3 years of customer service experience in finance• Satisfactory conviction history background check• UCSB is a Tobacco-Free environment
